I made a very BIG mistake today. 
I accidentally sent an email to our closed beta users using the “To:” field instead of using the “Bcc:” field. I drafted the original email using the emails “Bcc:” field, but somehow copied it to the “To:” field instead! I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We really care for our users and hope this will not cause any major inconveniences to everyone affected by this.
Again, my most sincere apologies!

You need to use mailing list software! This can be a major privacy compromise dude. Not for me since I have my email on my website anyway.

Thanks for your suggestion. We send out emails manually only on this one occasion for our beta users. From now onwards, we will send out emails via our server.
